Recommend course:

Description

Innovative people play important and exciting roles in helping organisations thrive. In this interactive one-day course you will learn how to identify opportunities for innovation in your organisation, and the practical steps needed to test and implement ideas. You’ll also learn creative and effective ways to engage with the growing innovation ecosystem, and with your industry or sector. You will leave knowing what’s needed to make your innovation successful, along with an actionable plan.

Who should attend:

This course is for people who contribute to their organisation’s product and service design or delivery, so that’s almost everyone. Attendees could be from the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. The course will be of particular interest to people who want to drive innovation within their organisation.

Course format:

This is an interactive and highly practical one-day course. Participants will bring their ideas for a product or service innovation from within their organisation, a summary of which will be provided to the presenter in advance.

These ideas will then be work shopped by all participants during the day, allowing for a multitude of different perspectives to be gained, before developing individual innovation plans.

Full catering (lunch and breaks) is provided to allow for continued discussion and networking among participants.

Presenter:

Dr Jenny Douché
